Movement with Mommy
(once/week for 6 weeks)$125 Exciting introduction to our creative movement class where movement, rhythm, coordination, balance, as well as exposure to group instruction and socialization, will be taught. Parents will assist and guide their child as they follow the teacher’s lead. They will learn these skills through group dance, obstacle courses, partner work with their parent and much more! This is excellent way to allow your child to learn in a group setting while building great memories with them along the way!

Princess Classes*
$135 Dancer will use fun and creative Disney princess props. This camp is loaded with basic dance skills learned through games and group instruction. Children will experience tea parties, crafts and get to dress like a princess each day; all while getting dance instruction and socialization with others. *Denotes dancers will be divided by age/grade

Bluey Classes*
$135 During these Bluey themed dance classes, dancers will learn movement skills, play games, do crafts and much more! This is an excellent way to dance while getting to celebrate one of their favorite characters. Join us for “keepy uppy”, “freeze dance” and other dance parties using all of the skills learned in Bluey Class.

Bluey Day Camp*
Half Day 9am-1pm - $175 Full Day 9am-4:30pm - $240 Get ready to boogie with Bluey and Bingo. This camp will be loaded with fun, surrounding one of our favorite shows on Disney’s Bluey! During the camp, children will be learning basic dance steps centered around coordination, balance, group settings and exposure to dance vocabulary. Children will experience creative partner games, acrobatics, bluey crafts and even some treats! We’ll play “keepy uppy”, “freeze dance”, “granny game” and many more Bluey dance games. We can’t wait for the fun with Bluey and Bingo. *Denotes dancers will be divided by age/grade

Barbie Day Camp*

Join us for our Barbie themed dance camp this summer. In the camp, your dancer will learn jazz and technique skills. There will be Barbie music, games and activities that will give a fun new twist on dance class! This is a great way to introduce your child to jazz. They will learn basic steps, combinations, bring a Barbie doll from home and have the chance to create some dances on their own as well. Tap & Ballet Combination Classes*
$125 This summer, start your 2025 Kindergartner or 1st Grader in Tap/Ballet Combination class. This will be a condensed version of our fall class that is offered each year. The class time is split into two sections where students will get a two in one experience. This is a great way to introduce your child to the beginning tap and ballet technique. Along with basic tap/ballet steps, your dancer will be exposed to structured dance class, while practicing socialization and creativity with other children.. *Denotes dancers will be divided by age/grade

Beginner Jazz Classes*
$125 These classes will be good for students who are new to jazz as well as those who have had beginner jazz. Your dancer will work on technique, across the floor movement, mini combinations and prepare them to continue jazz in the fall. *Denotes dancers will be divided by age/grade

Boys Only Hip Hop Classes*
$135 Calling All boys! This fun filled upbeat hip hop camp is for boys only. These guys will love this high energy setting centered around learning beat, rhythm and tempo to follow age-appropriate music properly. Students will also focus on basic hip hop skills that will include balance, speed, agility, and lots of cardio! This is a great way to experience dance while strengthening skills for other sports.*Denotes dancers will be divided by age/grade

Dance/Acro Day Camp*
Half Day 9am-1pm - $175 Full Day 9am-4:30pm - $240 We would love for you to join us for this amazing Dance/Acro Camp to explore a variety of dance genres. This camp is structured with a rotation through jazz, ballet, hip hop, acro and technique with different AHOD instructors throughout the week. This is a great way for students to try different styles of dance. Along with dance, acro includes conditioning that will strengthen dancer’s muscles and flexibility. This will give them a strong foundation for rolls, cartwheels, handstands, bridges, splits and so much more.*Denotes dancers will be divided by age/grade

This & That Day Camp*
Half Day 9am-1pm - $175 Full Day 9am-4:30pm - $240 During the week, students will have instruction in technique skills, jazz and hip hop, choreography, crafts, acro, cheer, stage make-up and will learn a simple routine to perhaps perform on their last day. They will be exposed to partner work and choreographing their own combinations. This is a great way for kids to test out lots of different styles and skills of dance to see what they enjoy the most. Students will also have a PJ day and can bring in their favorite lovey. We will have a talent show on the last day of camp.*Denotes dancers will be divided by age/grade

TECHNIQUE 1
Those interested in improving skills and/or auditioning for middle or high school dance teams or studio competition teams in the future.
$250
These 1 ½ hour technique classes (by grade levels) will be taught weekly throughout the summer and will help dancers learn and/or improve on the use of their body to enhance dance moves. Proper pointing of toes, arm placements and leg extensions, plus leaps and turns are only a few of the skills that are taught. Technique classes help to expedite a dancer’s skill levels. For classes, dancers will be categorized according to skill.

For present middle and high school dance team members.
$250
Our goal is to prepare a dancer with skills needed to pursue their dance goals. We offer group Dance Team Technique classes taught by college and high school team coaches. Dance Team Technique will focus on blend of skills including Jazz, Pom, Hip-Hop and Acro. Private lessons in Dance Team Prep are also available.
Dancers are not require to solely dance at our studio. The specialty of this program is set up to supplement other training. This program will also educate dancers on different collegiate teams, their styles, audition requirements and what to expect for auditions.
If you are interested in making your team more effective or pursuing collegiate dance, this summer program is for you! AHOD wants the opportunity to prepare you with skills you need to have a successful dance journey.. For classes, dancers will be categorized according to skill.
